Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the quiz date
• Refunds are not available for no-shows on the quiz day
• Technical issues during the quiz will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Refund Process

• Submit a refund request through our contact form or email
• Include your registration details and reason for refund
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be calculated as follows:

• 100% refund if cancelled 15 days or more before the quiz date
• 50% refund if cancelled between 7-14 days before the quiz date
• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the quiz date

Special Circumstances

In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, technical failures, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to:

• Reschedule the quiz
• Offer alternative participation options
• Process full refunds if the quiz cannot be conducted
